The Dan Wesson Specialist Black Optics-Ready is a high-performance 1911-style pistol designed for law enforcement and personal defense. This sleek firearm is chambered in .45 ACP and features a Black Duty finish. Its optics-ready slide makes it an excellent choice for those looking for a red dot or reflex sight.

The match-grade barrel of the Dan Wesson Specialist Black Optics-Ready is precision-crafted to ensure maximum accuracy. The slide, frame, and barrel are all hand-fit, ensuring precise tolerances, making it a reliable firearm we’re proud to manufacture. The front strap and mainspring housing are checkered for an improved grip, and the G10 grips provide a comfortable and secure hold.

This firearm is also versatile, the frame sports an integral 1913 Picatinny which allows for the installation of a light. The undercut trigger guard and recessed slide stop enable the installation of laser grips easily allowing the user to configure the pistol. The ambidextrous thumb safety makes it a popular choice among left-handed shooters.

The Dan Wesson Specialist Black Optics-Ready also features a fiber optic front sight and an adjustable rear sight, making it an accurate firearm. Both reloading and changing magazines are made quick and easy by an extended magazine well and an extended magazine release.
