When it comes to building the ideal AR-style pistol, there are lots of ways to do it, but there's really only one path forward when quality is concerned. If you're looking to have the most durable, rugged AR-style pistol on the market, then the F1 Firearms Forged Defense Pistol is a must-have, thanks to its high build quality. Unlike many popular receivers on the market, the F1 Firearms Forged Defense Pistol is built on a forged-aluminum receiver set. Mated to the upper receiver is a medium-contour barrel held to match tolerances and outfitted with a low-profile gas block. At the muzzle end of the barrel is an angled compensator that helps keep you on target during rapid-fire strings. You'll also find a nitride-finished bolt-carrier group that improves lubricity and keeps your gun from fouling up easily.

Each F1 Firearms Forged Defense Pistol is chambered in .223 Wylde, giving you match-grade capability with the versatility to run any .223 Rem. or 5.56 NATO load on the market. The gun is also finished with F1's Synth Kit, as well as a mil-spec trigger, charging handle and Magpul MOE pistol rip.
